Job Description
A leadership role responsible for managing showroom operations, coaching staff, enhancing guest experience, driving sales, and supporting team development, with potential to advance to a managerial position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations in the absence of the showroom manager
- Lead, coach, and develop new team members
- Drive sales and achieve showroom goals
- Act as a Guest Experience Manager to ensure a first-in-class guest experience
- Empower team members to perform effectively in real-time
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing daily showroom operations and providing leadership in onboarding and developing new team members
- Ability to run the showroom in the absence of the showroom manager
- Passion for selling and an ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Experience or potential to grow into a Showroom Manager role
