A hands-on and creative Performance Marketing Manager responsible for executing, optimizing, and testing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google and social media, collaborating with design, content, and analytics teams to drive performance in a fast-paced, visual-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media campaign execution across Google and Programmatic Paid Social platforms
- Optimize and test campaigns to improve performance
- Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to drive campaign success
Requirements
- Experience in leading paid media execution across platforms such as Google and Programmatic Paid Social.
- Ability to drive campaign execution, optimization, and testing across multiple platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with design, content, and analytics teams.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing management in a fast-moving, visual-first environment.
- Proven ability to turn creative experiments into performance wins.
- Ability to work alongside a Senior Performance Marketing Manager and report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing.
