Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across global operations.
- Design and implement robust security policies, identity management frameworks, and access controls to protect sensitive corporate assets.
- Lead strategic infrastructure initiatives, including vendor management, hardware lifecycle planning, and capacity forecasting for large-scale deployments.
- Drive IT projects, including complex system upgrades and migrations, by defining technical standards, workflows, and documentation best practices.
- Engineer and manage advanced enterprise clustering and networking solutions, optimizing connectivity, security, and traffic flow in complex environments.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience 7+ years in complex, large-scale enterprise environments).
- Deep proficiency in architecting and maintaining high-availability systems, server clustering, and robust enterprise solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows/macOS ecosystems, Active Directory, Meraki, and RMM tools. Solid experience in Linux systems administration and database management is a significant plus.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; German is a plus.
- Ability to travel between company locations in Spain as needed.
