Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain complex semiconductor-style plasma CVD manufacturing equipment
Characterize equipment performance and process stability
Identify and implement incremental improvements to production metrics
Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process
Collaborate with mechanical, chemical, and materials engineers to optimize processes
Requirements
Experience working with complex semiconductor-style plasma CVD manufacturing equipment, including hands-on work with the equipment.
Ability to characterize performance, improve stability, and make incremental improvements to production metrics in a manufacturing environment.
Strong focus on quality control and continuous improvement processes.
Willingness to work collaboratively with an experienced team of mechanical, chemical, and materials engineers.
