Requirements
A hands-on Semiconductor Materials Engineer with experience in designing, fabricating, and characterizing advanced semiconductor devices.
Deep understanding of semiconductor materials device physics.
Experience working in a highly collaborative lab environment.
Proficiency in cleanroom experimentation and thoughtful iteration.
Ability to take responsibility for device performance and tackle technical challenges, including materials integration for high-power and RF device applications.
Curiosity, self-drive, and motivation by ownership and impact.
Experience working closely with teammates and contributing to technical problem-solving.
Physical ability to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
Ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
