Job Description
The Operations Director at Diamond Foundry Inc. will lead the single-crystal diamond ingot growth operations team, focusing on maximizing efficiency and productivity through process analysis and collaboration, while ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements
- Senior management experience in a dynamic setting.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries.
- Experience in maximizing efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Physical requirements include: sitting, standing for long periods, walking, grasping, reaching with hands and arms, lifting below and above shoulders, bending, twisting at the waist, climbing, balancing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, talking, hearing, seeing, using fine finger manipulation, and completing repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Use of appropriate PPE and adherence to all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs.
- Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and complete Form I-9 for E-Verify.
