Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced manufacturing process technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Process Sheets and document changes as needed.
- Monitor processes on a daily basis. Adjust where appropriate and notify Process Engineers on critical issues.
- Work with team members and independentlywith a high degree of finitiative to supporrt and maintian good manufacturing processes and continuout improvements.
- Assist with process validations, DOE execution, optimizations, and process-sustaining audits.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)'s and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a technical field, military-technical training with 4+ years of experience, or 5+ years of work experience in a related technical field. Fresh out-of-college graduates with STEM degrees are encouraged to apply. ( Preferred: Bachelor's Degree )
- Ability to perform critical tasks with a high level of accuracy per procedures. ( Preferred: Being knowledgeable about SPC and yield quality metrics.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and documentation experience are highly desired.
- Effective at communicating data through text, graphics, and images to audiences of all experience levels.
