We are looking for an ambitious, experienced manufacturing process technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain Process Sheets and document changes as needed.
Monitor processes on a daily basis. Adjust where appropriate and notify Process Engineers on critical issues.
Work with team members and independentlywith a high degree of finitiative to supporrt and maintian good manufacturing processes and continuout improvements.
Assist with process validations, DOE execution, optimizations, and process-sustaining audits.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)'s and safety procedures.
Requirements
Associate degree in a technical field, military-technical training with 4+ years of experience, or 5+ years of work experience in a related technical field. Fresh out-of-college graduates with STEM degrees are encouraged to apply. ( Preferred: Bachelor's Degree )
Ability to perform critical tasks with a high level of accuracy per procedures. ( Preferred: Being knowledgeable about SPC and yield quality metrics.)
Excellent written and oral communication skills and documentation experience are highly desired.
Effective at communicating data through text, graphics, and images to audiences of all experience levels.
