Job Description
The Lead Technician at Diamond Foundry Inc. is responsible for leading daily production activities, ensuring quality and accuracy, troubleshooting issues, training team members, and maintaining a positive work environment in the manufacturing of single-crystal diamond wafers for advanced tech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and planning of daily work activities
- Ensure accuracy and quality in production processes
- Act as a front-line problem solver for technical issues
- Train and mentor other technicians
- Enforce work standards and attention to detail
- Support team morale and maintain a positive work culture
- Work collaboratively to meet critical production timelines
Requirements
- Experience leading the execution and planning of day-to-day work in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Ability to ensure accuracy and quality in production processes.
- Experience acting as a front line problem solver in a technical or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to serve as an immediate resource and trainer for other technicians.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to enforce work standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet critical production timelines.
- Willingness to learn new skills and teach others to improve team performance.
