Job Description
A Human Resource Generalist responsible for supporting the People Operations team in Spain, handling tasks related to HR, labor relations, payroll, and employee communication, while coordinating with stakeholders in Spain and the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Operations team in HR functions within the Zaragoza office.
- Manage communication and initiatives across business units.
- Handle labor relations, payroll, and HR documentation processes.
- Ensure confidentiality of HR information.
- Interface regularly with stakeholders in Spain and the US.
- Assist in implementing employee benefit programs and policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources, labour relations, and payroll.
- Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to support the People Operations team in Spain, Zaragoza, including communication and initiatives across business units.
- Valuing processes, documentation, and confidentiality in handling HR-related tasks.
