A Facilities Mechanical Engineer responsible for overseeing and managing facility infrastructure, utility systems, and support projects in a high-tech diamond manufacturing environment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage facility infrastructure and utility systems in diamond singulation operations
Plan, execute, and optimize projects related to process cooling water, UPS, HVAC, gas distribution, and electrical infrastructure
Collaborate with facilities team, contractors, tool install teams, and process engineers to ensure project completion
Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards for facility systems and infrastructure
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience in overseeing and managing facility infrastructure, utility systems, and critical support projects in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing projects related to process cooling water systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), HVAC systems, ultra-high-purity gas distribution, and electrical infrastructure.
Ability to ensure uninterrupted, efficient, and high-tech manufacturing operations through effective project management.
Experience working closely with facilities teams, contractors, tool install teams, and process engineers to drive project execution.
Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards.
