Job Description
A Facilities Electrical Engineer responsible for managing and optimizing the electrical infrastructure and critical utility systems supporting high-tech diamond manufacturing operations, ensuring uninterrupted power quality and system efficiency in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the electrical infrastructure and critical utility systems of the manufacturing facility.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the power architecture supporting high-purity gas and process-cooling systems.
- Serve as a technical lead to coordinate among facilities, process engineering, and external contractors.
- Drive installation and optimization of complex electrical systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure uninterrupted power quality for diamond growth operations in compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Manage the full lifecycle of the electrical power architecture supporting ultra-high-purity (UHP) gas and process-cooling systems in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Serve as a key technical lead to bridge the gap among facilities, process engineering, and external contractors to ensure uninterrupted power quality for diamond growth operations.
- Drive complex electrical systems installations and optimize system efficiency in accordance with semiconductor industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards related to electrical infrastructure and utility systems.
- Support the electrical infrastructure and critical utility systems of the single-crystal diamond singulation operations located in Zaragoza, Spain.
- Possess the ability to lead and coordinate electrical infrastructure projects, including installations and upgrades.
- Demonstrate experience in managing electrical systems in a manufacturing setting, particularly those supporting high-tech processes involving gases and cooling systems.
