Equipment Engineer

• Equipment Improvement & Upgrades – Identify, plan, and execute upgrades to enhance tool reliability and process capabilities. • Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Provide support for facility-level equipment, plasma reactors, and industrial control systems (PLCs, sensors, power supplies, etc.). • Supplier & Hardware Management – Work with suppliers to improve parts and integrate off-the-shelf hardware for automation and process control. • Collaboration & Documentation – Partner with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems and develop procedures, checklists, and training materials. • Installation & Maintenance – Build, install, upgrade, and maintain equipment while providing technical support, including weekends as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in ME, EE, ChemE, or similar from an ABET-accredited school. • 5+ years of engineering experience. • Independent problem solver with hands-on experience designing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated safety leadership. • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
