Requirements
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety departments in industrial environments
- Ability to make decisions with a high capacity for decision-making
- Tolerance for working under pressure
- Good leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to generate a safety culture within the organization’s activities
- Ability to create awareness among workers about the dangers and risks in their activities
- Experience in reducing and avoiding accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases
