The Director of the Reactor Build Center will oversee the operation of advanced reactor technology for diamond wafer manufacturing, supporting expansion projects in Spain and managing international travel and coordination efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the operation of the Reactor Build Center in Zaragoza.
Lead the construction and commissioning of advanced reactor technology for semiconductor fabrication.
Coordinate with international teams and oversee travel to the US and Spain as needed.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met for reactor development and deployment.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and executive teams to support expansion plans.
Requirements
Experience in running operations for a reactor build center or similar manufacturing facility, with a focus on semiconductor or advanced materials manufacturing.
Ability to travel to the US (Washington and California) and Trujillo, Spain, for about 3 to 6 months.
Proven leadership skills to oversee and manage the operation of a reactor build center or similar complex technical facility.
Strong understanding of advanced reactor technology, semiconductor fabrication processes, or related high-tech manufacturing processes.
Experience managing large-scale projects, including coordination of international supply chains and construction activities.
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and oversee operational strategies for a high-tech manufacturing facility.
Ability to work in a fast-growing, profitably expanding organization with a focus on green and zero-emission manufacturing technologies.
