Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule all maintenance work orders, ensuring proper preparation of labor, materials, and documentation
Manage and maintain the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track, prioritize, and close work orders with accuracy
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and vendors to ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and with minimal impact
Lead asset audits and ensure accurate data integrity within the CMMS system
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, including sourcing and procurement planning
Support capital projects and assist with planning site outages and maintenance shutdowns
Develop and improve maintenance processes, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and job plans
Conduct root cause analysis on maintenance issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Prior experience in a data center or mission-critical environment
Experience with change management processes and maintenance workflows
Hands-on understanding of plant or facility equipment (pumps, piping, HVAC, electrical systems, etc.)
Experience developing SOPs, job plans, or maintenance procedures
Familiarity with Visio or AutoCAD
