Job Description
The NetSuite Technical Lead Administrator at Cypress Creek Renewables is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's financial systems ecosystem, including system configurations, integrations, security, and performance, to support finance operations and ensure system scalability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage system configurations, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and sandbox environments in NetSuite.
- Oversee technical design, implementation, and integration of financial systems such as NSPB, Avalara, Rillion, FloQast, and banking platforms.
- Develop and implement system enhancements, automations, and integrations in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support finance and accounting processes with reporting, compliance audits, and automation across key financial cycles.
- Manage testing, release management, documentation, and user training for NetSuite and related systems.
- Ensure system governance, data integrity, and security across all financial platforms.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, perform regular maintenance, backups, and security patches to ensure reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience in a multi-entity or global environment.
- Deep understanding of core NetSuite modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Projects, and Fixed Assets.
- Strong proficiency with saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows within NetSuite.
- Familiarity with adjacent systems such as NSPB (NetSuite Planning Budgeting), Avalara, Rillion, and FloQast.
- Proven experience delivering system enhancements and managing change requests in NetSuite.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
