Requirements
7+ years of experience in construction QA/QC, quality engineering, field engineering, commissioning support, or related construction roles Strong understanding of MEP systems, including electrical distribution, mechanical/cooling systems, and controls Experience performing or supporting field inspections, punch walks, NCRs, deficiency tracking, and QA documentation Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, test reports, and technical documentation Experience supporting commissioning readiness, system turnover, or closeout documentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven construction environment with multiple stakeholders Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation, inspections, and follow-through Ability to communicate clearly with construction teams, subcontractors, inspectors, commissioning teams, and internal stakeholders Analytical mindset with ability to use quality data, inspection findings, and defect trends to support better execution Strong ownership mentality and willingness to proactively identify and resolve quality issues in the field
Data center or hyperscale construction experience Experience in complex construction environments such as healthcare, semiconductor, refinery, central plants, power, or industrial infrastructure Experience working directly with commissioning teams Familiarity with Procore, BIM360, Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms Relevant certifications such as CQM, CQI, PMP, ASQ, or similar Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, or integrated system testing documentation
