Electrical Field Engineer - Data Center

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in mission-critical environments supporting construction and/or operations. • Deep practical understanding of electrical power distribution equipment assembly and installation. • Hands-on experience with on site construction and partnering with third-party general contractors and electrical subcontractors. • Strong project management skills to assist in monitoring schedules, spotting bottlenecks, and driving on time completion in a technical position • Ability to troubleshoot complex field installation issues and implement practical, code-compliant solutions on the fly. • Flexibility to travel frequently or reside near assigned project site - minimum of 50% of time on site.

• Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of $196,000 - $235,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
