Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contract

• Consistently provide a world-class candidate experience for all applicants at every stage in the Talent Acquisition process • Schedule Video or On-Site interviews for candidates including the arrangement of any necessary travel • Greet and host the interviewees as their primary point of contact for the day; often juggling several on-sites daily • Support the organization’s sourcing efforts opening up the top end of the recruiting funnel using the usual tools in addition to creative sources • Schedule and facilitate intake and debrief discussions with hiring managers, interview teams and recruiters • Help maintain the Lever Applicant Tracking System with data entry, reporting and managing a very active pipeline of talent • Meet and greet candidates at our office in Devens, MA

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs • Perform activities such as stooping, climbing, typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time • Dedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics • Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
