Perform high-accuracy laser scanning of SPARC components to support production build-out and metrology engineering analysis, delivering results on tight timelines
Operate CMM equipment and run inspection programs for special requests and receiving inspections; document results clearly and consistently
Support daily calibration checks, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting for metrology equipment (laser scanners, portable CMM arms, and fixed CMMs) to ensure reliable measurement performance
Maintain a safe, organized, and audit-ready quality lab by supporting 5S standards across Quality Control
Requirements
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Perform activities such as stooping, typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
