Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a small technician team in RF electro-mechanical assembly and maintenance.
Translate engineering priorities into daily tasks and actions on the shop floor.
Perform hands-on RF electro-mechanical work, including turning wrenches and assembling components.
Act as the interface between engineering and manufacturing to ensure effective communication and task execution.
Requirements
Experience as a technician with a focus on RF electro-mechanical systems, including the ability to turn wrenches and perform assembly tasks.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to act as a reliable leader and interface between the shop floor and engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills to translate engineering priorities into daily actions for a small technician team.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment that involves both cutting-edge research and manufacturing assembly.
Physical ability to perform hands-on technical work, including turning wrenches and handling mechanical and electrical components.
Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, including adherence to Export Control Laws, with employment contingent on such compliance.
