Job Description

The Facilities and Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining various facilities and manufacturing equipment at Commonwealth Fusion Systems' campus, supporting the company's mission to develop fusion energy technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain facilities and manufacturing equipment
  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting on facilities and equipment
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment and facility upgrades

Requirements

  • The candidate must be able to perform installation of and maintenance for various facilities and manufacturing equipment.
  • The role is based at the campus in Devens, Massachusetts, with the possibility of periodically performing work in Somerville, Massachusetts.
  • The candidate must be able to work onsite as this role is designated LI-Onsite.
  • The candidate must comply with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, specifically Export Control Laws, and any offer of employment will be contingent on compliance with these laws.
