Job Description
A Senior Treasury Analyst role focused on optimizing treasury systems, automating processes, and supporting treasury operations within a renewable energy company. The position involves project management, system configuration, data analysis, and collaboration across finance, IT, and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize treasury systems and support system enhancements and upgrades.
- Lead automation projects to improve manual treasury processes using tools like Power Automate and TMS workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI for real-time treasury metrics.
- Support treasury operations including bank account management, cash forecasting, liquidity, collateral, and payments.
- Act as a subject matter expert and power user for the S4 HANA TMS platform, supporting configuration and data integrity.
- Manage project plans, stakeholder communication, and testing for treasury technology initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement AI-assisted tools to enhance treasury operations and fraud detection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Operations, or Accounting functions.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in SAP S4 HANA accounting systems and S4 HANA Treasury Management Workstations, or at least hands-on experience with other TMS platforms.
- Ability to work on a variety of disparate tasks, demanding differing skill sets.
- Process improvement-oriented mindset with a drive to innovate.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects or process improvement initiatives, with the ability to drive work independently from initiation to completion.
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USD
