Job Description

The Senior Product Lead is responsible for guiding the development and strategic direction of Distributed Generation software platforms, collaborating with IT and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, and managing product lifecycle activities to support the company's clean energy goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the functional design and strategic direction of Distributed Generation software platforms.
Develop and manage product roadmaps and technology stacks aligned with company vision and strategy.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development, testing, and quality assurance.
Organize and facilitate meetings between IT and Business teams, managing Agile sprint backlogs.
Create process documentation and training materials to support software implementation and user adoption.
Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and organizational goals.

Requirements

BA BS in business, engineering, or computer science
6 years of Product Management or relevant technical experience
6 years of Salesforce or other CRM experience, or other SaaS solutions such as ERP
Experience working with leading technology partners and other 3rd party vendors or consultants
Experience utilizing Microsoft Visio or other visual tools to document processes
Strong written and communication skills
Proven success in leading all elements of the product development lifecycle

Salary range of $100,000 to $132,000 USD depending on location, skills, and experience
