Job Description
The Operations Maintenance Planner Scheduler is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the development of work plans, scheduling maintenance activities, and analyzing data to support operational efficiency and reliability goals within the Maintenance and Operations Planning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating detailed work plans for maintenance activities.
- Support the scheduling of planned jobs in alignment with operational needs.
- Onboard new plants into SAP S 4 HANA by setting up master data and PMs.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze historical work data.
- Contribute to the collection and analysis of data on work duration and manpower allocation.
- Recommend improvements to work management practices and procedures.
- Maintain SAP data quality and ensure compliance with maintenance history.
- Aid in the development and automation of Annual Maintenance Plans in SAP S 4 HANA.
- Assist in monitoring material locations and inventory within SAP.
- Support the development of Bills of Materials in SAP.
- Participate in training initiatives for field personnel and other departments.
- Generate and contribute to weekly and monthly status reports and KPIs.
- Facilitate open communication across departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn SAP S 4 HANA
- Understanding of basic Preventative and Corrective Maintenance practices
- Ability to safely and successfully coordinate multiple activities under pressure
