Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Senior SAP Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist with 5–7 years of experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of Ariba and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is a plus. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in procurement, MRP, inventory management, and Ariba, and will support the business post-implementation by ensuring system stability, optimizing processes, and assisting end-users. Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Renewable Energy is preferred.

- Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Ariba, and related modules.
- Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live for Ariba modules.
- Conduct workshops with procurement/business stakeholders, identifying process improvements and enhancements
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and stakeholders, providing technical and functional oversight
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain and validate master data, including vendor and material records.
- Support testing and validation for upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for processes and best practices.
- Facilitate integration error resolution (e.g., Ariba, VIM) and ensure data consistency across systems.
- Assist with compliance and audit requirements related to procurement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in supporting SAP S/4HANA (Procurement, MRP, Inventory Management).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
