The Customer Operations Intern will support customer management, process improvement, and data analysis related to renewable energy projects, gaining hands-on experience through a project-based internship in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform sensitivity analysis on key performance metrics to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement throughout the customer lifecycle
Collaborate with internal sales and digital product teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement customer-related initiatives
Develop and present findings and results from assigned projects to leadership at the end of the internship
Requirements
Be a first-year student in a graduate program in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Possess advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data manipulation.
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment that emphasizes attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and working together to achieve company-wide objectives.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and an interest in renewable energy.
Have strong interpersonal skills, including the willingness to ask questions, listen to colleagues, and contribute ideas.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and accountable, showing up, being present, and eager to dive into the workday.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership of projects and assignments.
Be willing to ask questions, speak up, and take initiative.

Be available to work in a hybrid role based in the San Diego or San Francisco Office, with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Be able to perform the duties of the internship as described, including participating in networking and learning events.
