Job Description
The FP&A Analyst at Clearway Energy Group is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting for the company's renewable energy business, working closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial insights and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate across business functions to collect inputs for forecasts and prepare reports for leadership
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and determine root causes
- Collaborate with accounting to reconcile actuals with budgets and improve data integrity
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools
- Support monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and reporting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an FP A or finance role.
- Proficient with MS Excel, and highly skilled with other MS Office products, including PowerPoint and Word.
- SAP experience required.
- Demonstrate independence in problem-solving, project completion, and ownership, with the ability to tackle new assignments with little direction and assistance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear, concise manner.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, curious, and creative.
- Ability to work across departments to achieve objectives.
- Ability to prioritize many competing deadlines.
- Experience building forecasting tools and financial models.

Salary range: $76,000 - $96,000 depending on location and experience
