Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, building recruiting infrastructure, and enhancing the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent across various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the company's recruiting infrastructure
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles
- Partner with hiring managers, HR, and external networks to ensure high-quality, inclusive hiring
- Shape and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, including building and optimizing CleanSpark's recruiting infrastructure.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, the HR team, and external networks to deliver a proactive, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experience.
- Shape CleanSpark's employer brand to attract, engage, and retain top talent in alignment with the company's business goals and culture.
- Operate or be willing to operate a company vehicle or travel between job sites, and be insurable under CleanSpark’s vehicle insurance policy.
