Job Description
The HR Generalist supports the company's HR operations by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives across multiple locations, helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
- Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers to foster a positive workplace culture
Requirements
- Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark’s vehicle insurance policy, as the position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
- The candidate must have experience supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance training, and engagement initiatives.
- The candidate must have knowledge of and ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws across multiple locations.
- The candidate must be able to maintain accurate HR records and HR reporting.
- The candidate must act as a trusted partner to employees and managers to help build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- The candidate must have the ability to support multiple locations and handle responsibilities that may involve travel between job sites.
