Job Description
The Area Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of physical facilities in the Middle Tennessee area, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring efficient operations in a 24/7 environment, requiring a high level of skill as an electrician.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and maintenance of physical facilities in the Middle Tennessee area
- Oversee a team of technicians
- Ensure operational efficiency of facilities
- Support multiple locations including Onedia, Winfield, West Crossville, Campbell Junction, and Decatur
- Utilize high-level electrical skills in facility management
Requirements
- High level of skill as an electrician.
- Experience managing the operation and maintenance of physical facilities.
- Experience managing a team of technicians.
- Availability to operate 24-7.
