Job Description
Location: Denver Metro Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Cipher Digital is hiring a Business Analyst to support our IT organization as we continue to roll out and mature enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow. This role is a generalist business analyst position — the core skill set is requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation. Exposure to ServiceNow is a plus, but deep platform expertise is not required.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Document, and write clear user stories/requirements for the development team
- Align stakeholders on process design before build
- Facilitate workshops and demos to build stakeholder consensus
- Support UAT, training, and adoption for new rollouts
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical/implementation teams
