Job Description
An Automation Engineer II will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and modify PLC and HMI automation solutions for industrial processes, supporting the company's mission of carbon removal and climate change mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy industrial automation solutions across multiple business units.
- Support engineering and operations teams by automating manual processes.
- Develop, maintain, and modify PLC and HMI programming solutions for machines and processes.
- Ensure electrical safety standards are met in automation systems.
Requirements
- Experience delivering, maintaining, and modifying PLC and HMI programs.
- Experience supporting engineering and operations teams by automating manual processes.
- Ability to support the deployment of industrial automation solutions across multiple business units.
- Mindfulness of electrical safety standards in automation and control systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI programming for novel machines and processes.
