Job Description
An Accounting Manager responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting the integration of accounting systems to facilitate the company's growth in carbon removal technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine the day-to-day accounting functions
- Oversee month-end close processes
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Strengthen internal controls across multiple facilities
- Integrate accounting data into ERP and carbon accounting systems
- Support scaling of the company's accounting infrastructure to accommodate growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and refining day-to-day accounting functions, including overseeing month-end close processes.
- Strong understanding of internal controls across multiple facilities and experience in strengthening and maintaining them.
- Experience in integrating accounting data into ERP systems and carbon accounting systems, with the ability to help scale accounting infrastructure for growth.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Motivation to work in a dynamic, mission-driven manufacturing environment with a focus on collaboration, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work onsite two days per week in a hybrid role.
