Job Description
The Electrical Engineer at Charm will focus on developing and implementing technologies for converting inedible biomass into carbon-rich bio-oil, contributing to the company's mission of carbon removal and climate change reversal.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop pyrolysis systems for biomass conversion.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Support the scaling of carbon removal technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in electrical engineering, specifically related to pyrolysis or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn from mistakes.
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
