Job Description
The role involves driving revenue growth through client relationship management and cross-practice business development, including developing engagement frameworks, leveraging thought leadership, analyzing opportunities, and coordinating activities to expand client relationships and practice areas within a professional services consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement unified client relationship management frameworks for law firm and corporate clients
- Create standardized processes for consistent, high-quality client engagement across practice areas and regions
- Design and manage client programs to position consultants for business development success
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic relationship building and whitespace analysis
- Coordinate strategic introductions between consultants and clients to expand practice area engagement
- Leverage thought leadership content to open new client conversations and demonstrate capabilities
- Utilize analytics and client dashboards to identify high-potential opportunities and measure program effectiveness
- Coordinate and enable consultants with market intelligence, client insights, and strategic frameworks
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or program management, preferably within professional services
- Proven track record of identifying and converting business opportunities through strategic relationship building
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and business intelligence tools
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Understanding of professional services business models and client buying behaviors
