Job Description
A strategic sales role focused on building and maintaining relationships with large insurance clients in Germany and Austria, driving AI-enabled process intelligence solutions, managing complex sales cycles, and achieving significant revenue targets within the SaaS and consulting domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts within the Insurance industry.
- Generate new business opportunities with existing Insurance customers.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles and cross-functional collaboration to understand customer needs.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to promote Celonis Process Intelligence solutions.
- Translate customer challenges into AI-enabled use cases that demonstrate measurable value.
- Achieve revenue targets by closing six- to seven-figure deals within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors to support sales efforts.
- Lead complex sales processes by orchestrating virtual teams across various functions.
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or a proven track record of success and career progression in either domain
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.)
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of processes and KPIs within the Insurance industry
- Solid understanding of the Insurance industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
- Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and to have strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
