Job Description
A Services Consultant at Celonis is responsible for implementing process mining solutions, analyzing business processes, and leveraging AI and data analytics to optimize customer operations and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in agile implementation projects to deliver tailored solutions for customers
- Design analyses and execution apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining
- Leverage Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures for process improvement
- Implement Celonis Process Automation to streamline processes and improve conformance
- Monitor KPIs to measure customer success and support continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with customers to develop data transformations, analyses, and business cases
Requirements
- At least 2 years to 4 years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
