Job Description
A Services Consultant at Celonis is responsible for implementing process mining solutions, analyzing business data using SQL and other tools, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize and automate business processes across various departments, thereby driving digital transformation and delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of Celonis technology to ensure high-quality customer service and optimal solutions.
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis.
- Design and develop analyses and operational applications, incorporating AI and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present key KPIs and improvement areas to management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for process insights.
- Conduct workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements.
- Establish the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized as a quick learner
- Business acumen supporting the ability to understand client needs, identify value drivers, and deliver strategic, impact-driven recommendations
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
