Job Description
The role involves supporting customers in leveraging Celonis Process Intelligence to identify business challenges, build value cases, and drive process improvements, ultimately enabling digital transformation and business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and determine how Celonis can help achieve objectives
- Support regional teams in establishing and developing foundational accounts
- Build strong relationships with customers through technical, product, and business expertise
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development
- Create reusable collateral and best practices for the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence
- Conduct ROI analysis and develop business cases to demonstrate the benefits of Celonis solutions
- Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact use cases
- Build demos and business cases to win new customers
- Facilitate value assessments and communicate strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Lead business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to drive adoption and growth of Celonis platform
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and app enhancements based on customer use cases
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, preferably in a customer-facing role such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, with Python experience preferred.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects at different stages of the value journey, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem where possible.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
