Job Description
The Senior Value Engineer at Celonis will support Global Competency Centers in India by managing the customer value lifecycle, focusing on uncovering business challenges and demonstrating how Celonis solutions can drive process optimization and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GCC customers to identify core business challenges and align Celonis solutions.
- Support other regions to establish and cultivate foundational accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers through technical expertise and business acumen.
- Share customer insights with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence innovation.
- Create reusable collateral and best practices within the Global VE Center of Excellence.
- Conduct ROI analysis and develop business cases for Celonis solutions.
- Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into Celonis use cases.
- Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks.
- Facilitate business value workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
- Develop a strategic expansion roadmap for customers to drive adoption of Celonis EMS.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant pre-sales, customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience with a focus in industry required.
- Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- Deep understanding of business processes across various industries, with experience in process optimization and automation.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Advanced knowledge and experience following the Celonis value selling methodology alongside the customer journey including discovery, qualification, value assessment and PoV’s.
- Expert in guiding the customer’s IT team throughout their journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of Celonis and accelerating value realization by building dashboards, Apps, Action Flows.
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures and becoming a change agent for the customer.
- Ability to plan and manage project scope, expectations and timelines, managing multiple projects across aligned accounts.
- Advanced industry expertise and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite.
