Job Description
The role involves strategic talent acquisition for Celonis' Go-to-Market organization, including sourcing, recruiting, and advising on hiring top sales and professional services talent within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals
- Provide market insights and industry trend analysis to inform hiring strategies
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment processes
Requirements
- A background in go-to-market recruitment, including experience in hiring for sales, pre-sales, professional services, or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, candidates, and partners.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, technologies, and trends within the technology sector.
- End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management.
- In-house, agency, or RPO recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must be willing to provide visa sponsorship if not already authorized to work in the role's location.
