Job Description
A Senior Frontend Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web features using Angular and related technologies, while leading projects and mentoring team members to enhance the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale large, complex frontend features
- Lead architectural decisions and propose platform initiatives
- Own product discussions and contribute to roadmap planning
- Mentor team members and promote best coding practices
- Build, launch, and maintain production features
- Collaborate across teams to improve developer environment
- Share knowledge and provide feedback on designs and code
Requirements
- 6 years of experience designing and building frontend web applications with a modern web framework Angular preferred, including expertise in TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML5, and SCSS.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving large, complex projects and leading a team of engineers.
- Experience in optimizing and enhancing the performance of large-scale applications.
- Deep understanding of architectural design and its impact on large-scale applications.
- Strong communication skills allowing collaboration across business and technical domains.
- Experience working in monorepos with Git.
- Knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions for CICD.
- Commitment to Accessibility (a11y).
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) of user interfaces for an international audience.
