Job Description
The role involves leading and managing end-to-end implementations of Celonis Process Intelligence technology for strategic customers, ensuring successful project delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and driving product adoption within a consulting and technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformational customer programs from planning to delivery.
- Manage project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical teams, and executives to understand goals and ensure successful implementation.
- Act as primary point of contact for product feature requests and escalation of support issues.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal teams and customer sponsors.
- Maintain and update project plans, risk logs, and reporting systems to track progress.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to minimize impact on project success.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to implementation teams and partner resources.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methods and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in client-facing Project Management in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk issue action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with customers and Celonis executives.
- Strong communication skills and a background in consulting with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and project timelines.
- Experience in people managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore.
- Experience in positioning Services, writing proposals and statements of work within a complete ecosystem of customers and partners.
- A history of working with an ecosystem of partners and managed co-delivery.
- Good understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain function and/or strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Ability and willingness to be certified in Celonis products.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Safe Agile.
- Fluency in German.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related fields.
