We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep technical DNA to lead the development and scaling of our Extractor portfolio. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for our most critical data gateways, ranging from native SAP (ECC & S/4HANA) integrations and Database (JDBC) connectors to our low-code Extractor Builder for Cloud SaaS.
As a Senior PM, you define and execute the roadmap. You will be responsible for identifying market shifts, navigating complex ERP architectures, and ensuring our data extraction remains high-performance, secure, and resilient. You will work at the intersection of engineering excellence and customer value, transforming technical complexity into seamless "plug-and-play" experiences for the world’s largest enterprises.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a proven track record of shipping complex data-centric products.
• Deep Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of data extraction patterns (CDC, Delta-loads, Batch vs. Streaming) and protocols (REST, OData, JDBC).
• ERP/SaaS Fluency: Direct experience with enterprise ecosystems, specifically SAP (functional modules and data structures) or major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical Rigor: Ability to hold your own in architectural discussions with Staff Engineers while simplifying those concepts for C-level executives.
• Analytical Mindset: You love data and use it to drive decisions. Whether it’s analyzing feature adoption or optimizing extractor throughput.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are excited about the challenge of being a foundational member of a new engineering hub, bringing clarity to ambiguity and building a high-performance culture.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to influence without authority and tell a compelling story about the "why" behind the "what."
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is highly desirable to connect technical performance to broad business outcomes and enterprise ROI.
• Proven experience in designing AI-driven user journeys, specifically leveraging Agentic Workflows to automate technical complexities.
• Familiarity or experience with tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, Databricks, or Snowflake.
