Job Description
The Senior Manager, Executive Programs at Celonis is responsible for leading and scaling strategic executive engagement initiatives, partnering with sales and marketing teams to deliver impactful experiences for C-level stakeholders, and translating company strategy into measurable programs that foster trust and long-term value with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of multiple executive programs from concept to delivery and follow-up
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete program plans with objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics
- Design agendas that combine thought leadership with customer priorities and GTM objectives
- Support the Director in driving program consistency, quality, and scalability
- Partner with Sales leaders to align executive engagements with account strategies and manage executive sponsor matching
- Maintain and improve the executive contact database for high data quality and actionable insights
- Drive operational rigor across planning, budgeting, timelines, and reporting
- Support budget tracking and measure ROI for executive programs
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve program design and execution
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive programs, B2B marketing, strategic events, customer engagement, or similar roles.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives in a professional, confident manner.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience partnering with Sales teams and aligning marketing initiatives to account and pipeline goals.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and project management tools such as Monday.com is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect activities to measurable business outcomes.
