Job Description
The role involves leading the implementation of Celonis process mining solutions for clients, translating business needs into technical insights, and driving digital transformation through data analysis, process optimization, and customer training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to accelerate customers' digital transformation using Celonis software.
- Translate customer strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases through business workshops.
- Coordinate with Data Operations to connect solutions to customer IT environments and extract data.
- Implement Celonis solutions, including data modeling, transformations, process analysis, and KPI development.
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology in collaboration with customers.
- Define and measure KPIs to track customer success and quantify business and financial value.
- Automate tasks to enhance process efficiency and conformance.
- Manage customer expectations, project planning, and deliver demonstrations and training to users.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting within Software Vendors, Consulting firms, or System integrators.
- Seven (7) years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting within Software Vendors, Consulting firms, or System integrators.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and data models.
- Proficiency in data-related languages such as SQL is required; knowledge of other programming languages such as Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of data topics including Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics, with a willingness to learn more in this area.
- Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP and related business processes like Order to Cash and Procure to Pay is a strong plus.
- Willingness to develop strong expertise on a solution through continuous learning.
- Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in interacting with various customers during business workshops and solution demonstrations.
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and recognized as a quick learner.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
