Job Description
The role involves leading the development and implementation of a global Knowledge Management strategy to enhance knowledge sharing, organization, and accessibility across Celonis, leveraging innovative technologies like AI to foster a knowledge-driven culture and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global Knowledge Management (KM) strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build and lead a KM team to drive key initiatives
- Establish and enforce standards for knowledge creation, tagging, storage, and access
- Implement processes for capturing, retaining, and validating critical knowledge assets
- Design strategies to ensure easy and timely access to relevant knowledge using AI and automation
- Select, implement, and adopt KM tools and technologies, including AI-powered solutions
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments
- Develop training programs and change management strategies to promote KM adoption
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KM initiatives and refine strategies accordingly
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in knowledge management within SaaS, consulting, or technology-driven environments.
- Proven success in leading knowledge management initiatives and driving technology adoption.
- Expertise in AI-driven knowledge management and automation.
- Experience in project management, governance, and compliance related to knowledge assets.
- Exceptional change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a global mindset.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong presentation skills.
