Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis leads technical project teams to implement process mining solutions, leveraging data analysis, SQL, and machine learning to optimize business processes and drive digital transformation for customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology to ensure optimal customer solutions
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses, execution apps, and incorporate Machine Learning and Task Mining to automate and visualize processes
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest improvement approaches
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present relevant KPIs to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve processes
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
