Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving digital transformation by implementing process mining solutions, developing data-driven insights using SQL and other tools, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize business processes across various departments. The role involves collaborating with customers to identify inefficiencies, design innovative analyses, and ensure long-term process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design and implement analyses, operational apps, and machine learning algorithms to improve processes
- Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvement
- Implement process automation to enhance process speed, drive value, and improve conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- 5 years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Experience with Supply Chain processes
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Dedicated and visionary attitude with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
